You are the most magnificent being you can ever be, don’t lose yourself to self- unworthiness. Most people are likely to catch this feeling of body dissatisfaction, based on public validation which are mere second opinions.  We must learn to get comfortable and entirely accept everything that biologically defines us regardless how we look. How we look it’s not the deal but who we are is (how we deeply are connected to our core values and beliefs). Self-acceptance activates sense of liberty, and provokes a daring spirit.

Common, you do not have to wait for external motivation to love yourself boundlessly. Often times we saturate our minds with wishes that do nothing but drain energy, divert our focus, provoke negative emotions and still live us miserable. Don’t give yourself the chance to get bitter about the things you cannot change else you will be killing the possibility of changing the things you can change.   

Your scars and your stars gives you uniqueness. I remember walking to my dad one time and I asked “daddy why am I extra ordinarily small amongst my siblings and he said because you are a star” My size was one of those hard truths that got me so uncomfortable but I came to the understanding that what truly defines me is within. It is hard to believe how some people will ruthlessly get on their way to manipulate their looks.  Truth is, I have gotten to a point where I cannot get enough of myself, and I am my every day crush. I love me now and forever.

Heey!!!! Lady/dude you are your greatest asset, the one in the mirror is a hero. You are super amazing just the way you are. Even with your scars, you remain the fine works of Gods arts.
