Young People: Self Pity & Always Looking for Who to Blame by Javnyuy Joybert

A young man reached out to me recommended by his soon to be girlfriend that if he doesn’t talk to me she would not accept to date him.

Well, since love get power 😃, he reached out. In the process of our coaching session, I noticed his major problems.

Self pity & always looking for who to blame.

These are 2 subtle and little things that will eat your entire destiny silently if you don’t pay attention and sort it out.

1. Wallowing in self pity

2. Always looking for where to place the blame.

Sitting and feeling sorry (self pity) for yourself will never take you anywhere in life. Yes, I know sometimes life will hit us hard, but the people who ended up winning did not stop putting in the best. When you take self pity and put on as a billboard your life will end up with no Remarkable results for people to watch.

Self pity people only hear things like “so sorry” “ashia” “it’s well” “I will pray for you” etc. But people who have decided to rise above their current situation by taking the right necessary actions hear things like “courage” “you can do this” “how can I support you?” “where do you need help?”

Self-pity reinforces the sense of being a victim bringing with it hopelessness and inaction. Choose today to be a victor, choose the courage to act and be more.

Like this potential girlfriend, no one likes someone who wallows in self pity.

Be careful if you are always looking for who or what to blame when something goes wrong. You blame too much rain, you blame too much sun, you blame the head of state, you blame your village people, you blame your uncles and aunties for not helping you etc. You are always so good at blaming and never taking the responsibility to fix your life.

No girl wants a man who cannot man up. No employee wants a boss who cannot boss up and lead. Stop Blaming Others & Start acting yourself. It is time to take responsibility for everything that happens to you.

“All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you. The only thing blame does is to keep the focus off you when you are looking for external reasons to explain your unhappiness or frustration. You may succeed in making another feel guilty about something by blaming him, but you won’t succeed in changing whatever it is about you that is making you unhappy.” Wayne Dyer

To win in this life, take full responsibility of your life. If you allow the blame game to become a habit, you can blame others and live in misery.

Well, the soon to be boyfriend is currently going through my one month Program on Redefining attitude and mindset and after that the lady will take him out on their first date with the bills on her. Life taste. Amen
