National Executives Retreat Featured by The Guardian News Paper Report by Giyo Ndizi
Some 71 executives from 48 companies across the country have received more insights and knowledge to enable them excel in their respective sectors
Among others, they were drilled on recharging their way to better productivity in 2021, mastering the art of expanding their commitment and vision to experience new levels of growth and developing the mentality of growth and execution
This was during a special training session in Douala over the weekend hosted by Javnyuy Joybert, Co-Founder & CEO of COSDEF Group LTD and multiple award winning business and productivity speaker, trainer and consultant
The goal of the national executives strategic retreat which targeted just company executives from across the country, Javnyuy Joybert said was to “Create a ripple effect that will affect Cameroon’s economy in 2021”
He explained that “these companies will grow in productivity, increase profitability, expand to new locations, employ more staff, reduce unemployment, and pay taxes and much more positive ripple effect”
Executives at the retreat were drawn from different sectors including food processing, technology, fashion, civil and mechanical engineering, media, network marketing, higher education and others
During the session, participants knowledge was refreshed on a number of aspects that characterized their contemporary field of operations including building practical strategies for business growth for the Cameroon market, predications of the Cameroon business environment in 2021 as well as the next 5 to 10 years and how to position themselves in their industries, mastering techniques on how to unlock an executive’s growth mindset and how to leverage on intuition as an executive, strategies to influence their peers and developing likability, scaling value and stretching significance
They also participated in practical working sessions on building strategies and systems to enhance their business profitability in 2021
